Our Beginnings

Preferred Flooring Inc. started in 2006 as an installation company, but we have since grown to also provide materials. This wasn’t always the plan, but we noticed that when we referred clients to retail stores they wouldn’t get the customer service they were looking for. This is where our mantra “built on quality, raised on service” comes from. We knew that we could do better and that we could offer the customer a higher quality experience, so we did.

Since our inception, we have grown in more ways than one. First, we’ve developed a process that allows us to accommodate customers from start to finish. In that time, we’ve also grown our team to better assist you. Afterall, it is our goal to provide stellar customer service while helping your vision come to life. Ultimately, we feel that this growth has made us the best equipped to deal with all of your flooring needs.
